Screenshot script
Hi Guys,
I need a script that will allow you to take a screenshot of a webpage. Best if it is a link, or form button, whatever is best. I have searched everywhere, but can't find what am looking for
If anyone could help, I would be very greatful!
Thanks,
Josh

Hmm... sounds difficult/impossible client-side. Tell them to press Print Screen on their keyboard.

I believe there are some sites out there that generate the screenshot of a page based on a certain browser/OS automatically by submitting the URL to them. That might be worth looking into. No more details from me, though. I just read about them in passing.

You might be able to do it server-side with PHP using the gd library... not sure how to go about it though.

You wouldn't be able to create screenshots using PHP, I have looked into this already. I recommend using a free (remote) service such as Snap.com, Alexa (not sure on the url), WebThumb, or WebSnapr (not s pelling mistake).
Hope this helps.

You can do it with XUL, but that a whole different platform.
My suggestion: Stop searching for any scripts and spending your time in vain(viewed each and every page google referred) and go for the options thetestingsite recommended.
