my problem is i cannot had a footer...I can't get how could I insert the footer to my css and to the page

First you can find an answer to your problem on Google.

Second you need to give a link to your page so we can look at how you have the CSS and HTML written.

Also, don't use position:absolute when creating layouts. Use block-level elements with float:left.
When you want to add a footer, use clear:left to ensure nothing overlaps.

position:absolute can produce very inaccurate layouts when the page is resized, at different screen resolutions, etc.
