    Default Making the scrollbar on the UlScrollBar

    Does anyone know if you can keep the actual scrollbar on this component stay at a certain size? Or does it always have to resize?

    Um the UlScrollBar component... The actual ScrollBar resizes depedning on the amount of text, I am wanting to know if you can keep it at a fixed size?
