java script and ajax for the Ajax Content site script

I'm working on a website with the ajax content site

I'm tryng to add simple javascript but this ajax template don't accept it,

I made a external with simple java script tools like javascript tab but the tab doesn't work inside this ajax content template.
I tryed to call de .js from the link, and in the external page, and from a .js file, all combinaison, but no one work.
any idea.
