3) Describe problem:

The pages I need to load with this Ajax contain Javascript and CSS embedded into the HTML without an onload event.

It seems the scripts and CSS do not load when the page is displayed.

Furthermore, there is a certain character which is not displayed properly when loaded through Ajax, "æ".
