Scroller / Does Anything Ever Go To Plan

I've been working on thsi scroller for 2 days, and got it perfect, decided to start trying to load in the .txt files. Now the whole thing won't work... If anyone could help would be appreciated about to chuck the whole thing out the window!

what doesn't work? what exactly are you trying to accomplish?

it's working for me as i believe you've intended it to!

But the text keeps scrolling way past the end. And also doesn't start at the beginning...
