Countup time script

I am looking for a countup time script that will count up a time since a specific event. I want to show for instance that an event happened at 6:46 pm on 3/09/2007 and have it count the time since then.

DD has a nice script for countup but it only allows me to configure the script with a start DATE and not a start TIME. I have seen scripts that almost will do what I want as well, but not exactly. I didn;t htink it would be such a hard thing to find but I guess it is. Anybody know where I can find one?
