I have a vbulletin forum; where many files is downloaded

when the members use downloading acceleration applications (like download manager or other) the site becomes very slow
more than 10 minutes to that one page appears

the forum is normal when the members download without these applications.

I seek a method to prevent the use of these applications on the forum.

the server is a VPS (virtual private server)
