need code to record time onto form

I'd like a code that can take the system date and time and fill it into a form so it's recorded when your hit submit.

Whoops! Sorry they have changed it, it you to send the recorded time and IP to you, they must of changed it I hadnt used it in awhile. Ill keep my eyes peeled for you......

that would work to. I just need a script that adds the date and time to the text that the user submits on the form
