This is definitely not what he was asking for, as what he really wants is near impossible to do without doing everything for him. But couldn't someone make a tutorial on how to make a simple CSS layout, that content can just be added to? It would be too difficult to do, especially since Dreamweaver already has pre-made CSS layouts. You could simply take that code, chop it up into a few chunks, explain the chunks and then tell how to add to it.

Maybe if I get time away from school, I can attempt this.
