Can someone please make a full tut on how to make a website with login and register or link a site that has a tut?

Take a look at the following website:

http://w3schools.com/

There are tons of simple tutorials for HTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript, etc. After you have looked through that, you should be able to create your website with any features you want.

Just a few that I found by using google:

HTML
PHP
Javascript
CSS

Just go through the list until you find one you like, but W3 Schools is one that I have been looking at for a while now.

hes not asking how to code, hes asking how to MAKE the website, which he keeps bugging me about on MSN

Mario, you do not make a website. It's a creative process, which requires different skills.
Surely, you can just click and play on some websites which offer programs to make websites... but then YOU are not making the site, you are just using parts and templates to put a standard site together that does not stand out from the rest.
In order to CREATE a site, you really should learn how to code. Start simple and learn HTML and CSS first. When u managed that and know your way around, then you can start tampering with javascript, PHP, ASP, etc.
It takes some time to learn, but at the end, you will be glad you did, 'cause then you have your own unique site up and running

i keep trying to explain that but he doesnt get it... "please tell me how to make a site" "pllllllzzzzzzzz plllzzzzzzzz plllzzzzzzz"

i told him a billion times find a server and a domain, go in file manager, and upload coded files but he just keeps asking and asking and asking...

i dont know any other way to put it lol
