I usually use webmail, but when I don't feel like logging into the mail server through that, I use Outlook or Outlook Express (depends on the computer I'm on).

yahoo mail, hotmail, gmail, squirrel mail, horde mail, outlook, outlook express, thunderbird, 3 or 4 obscure little tester mails like Ansuz and things like that, and I think that is about it.

That comes under "webmail" I guess, but I should think HoTMaiL and "Windows Live Mail" would too...

I use Thunderbird, or Horde when I'm away from home and don't have my laptop.

I consider GMail and Yahoo! as Webmail services.
I currently use Live Desktop, but I used to use Thunderbird...then Webmail service...then Windows Mail...then MSN Hotmail...then Windows Live Mail Beta...then Windows Live Mail...then I got to Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta.
