Dynamic Ajax Script modified?

There is a script that has a two colomn Dynamic here:

is there anyway I can get this modified to a three column? with left and right fixed but the center being able to ajust to pages? I rather not use Iframes and this looks to be much more cleaner...the only problem is I am not to good with Css, it truely confuses me, and I am pretty decent with basic html...if this is in the wrong place , my apologies...blame it on me being a n00b :P

More like the wrong place. This is really a layout problem. Try in the css forum but, first setup your page as best you can so you have something to show anyone decides to help you.

However, do not be deceived. Ajax is very cool and cutting edge but, iframes can work very well also and, if well thought out, don't even need javascript.
