Firefox Vs Explorer program issues

I have two issues that have me stumped.

1. I have redirects set up on my server http://peppescucina.helpuorder.com this works fine in Firefox, but can't resolve with explorer. It is redirecting to http://helpuorder.com/dev/peppes

2. I have a form with submit button that works in Firefox, but does nothing in Explorer. I have other forms and submit buttons that are working, but not this one...

<input type="submit" name="enter" value="Continue">

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...thanks

Nevermind, just seems to be taking a lot of tweaking to get it to work in Explorer...
