    Question Elastic Trail Script

    Script Elastic Trail Script

This script works fine when I view it on this and other sites but not on my own web pages. I just get a line of blue dots at the top of the page.

I think I have narrowed it down to the <!DOCTYPE line causing the problem - basically if I remove that line it works ok but if I put it back in any form the script stops working properly.

The format for my DOCTYPE is usually :-
    <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">

Anyone have any ideas why this should be happening?

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Ok, basically this is the doctype bug then. Due to time constraints I can't modify the script with a fix right now, though it will be on our to do list. Sorry,

Did an updated script get written for this? I wished for it to be on my page, but due to it not working with FireFox when an xhtml transitional doctype is used, i can't use it.
    Regards.
