    Not bad.

    It produces more than websafe colors, so might be worth considering, though certainly not 'wrong'.

    It even moves.

    I like it.

    Well, the new one actually seems to work better.

    Try this in both:

    Click away from the current location of the circle, then hold the mouse down and drag around.

    You'll notice that the one on DD follows, but is removed, from the cursor.

    For the new submission, this is fixed.

    Define 'removed'. Looking at them in Opera at least, I find them about identical with the exception that the DD version has a more fluid motion.

    Just a note that this script is now featured on DD: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...jack/index.htm FYI I made the following changes:

    - Deleted the _*** files inside the zip file. Not sure what their purpose was?
    - Inside the .js file, disabled text selection during dragging and fixed IE doctype issue with document.body
