Hi i have integrated the above chain select onto a form page..

But when you fill out the form on: (http://www.unikids.co.uk/zencart/sel...2/example2.htm) it gathers all the info (and emails me the info ) but does not recognise one of the fields.

Select main campus field.

For example: Select a maker from the list..then select a campus and click submit...

You will see that the only thing submited is the maker?? not the type (campus)
