ssi script II, resizing content to fit iframe, instead of reverse

Hi, I saw the iframe ssi script II, and was wondering if anyone knows how to resize the content to fit the iframe, instead of the reverse.

For instance, I am a web designer, and I'd like to show the websites I've designed on my own page. However, these websites are 850 pixels wide. I'd like to use an iframe and load the sites dynamically, but I want them to be resized to display at about 400 px wide. How do I alter the ssi script II to perform this operation?
