Default How to extract audio from flash?

I received a flash that was embedded in excel.
Is it possible to extract the audio part and edit it?
If so, what free software could I use?
    Many thanks in advance.

There are programs that record the audio coming off of your sound card. Even the simple Sound Recorder (Start>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment) has some options for this if you play with it the right way.
Or just run a male to male headphone to mic cable from the in to the out on the back of your computer, press play, and record the 'mic'.

    And be wary of copyright.
