HV Menu 5.5 not appearing in IE on first page load

Hi all,

Here is a strange one.

I have built a webpage with HV Menu 5.5. However, using IE the menu does not load on the first page load. If you refresh the browser then the menu appears fine. In FF the menu loads fine on the first page load. Does anyone know what could be going on? See http://www.action4housing.co.uk/services3.htm for an example.

Any help would be great. I don't understand whats going on.
