Really Really Need Ur Help

ok im making this website and i am using a this nav. bar (Jim's DHTML Menu v5.7, ) i downloaded fron dynamicd drive i create the page then i try to upload to my space on geocities but when i wen to preview it i didn't see the code so i look back in the instructions and it tells me .

You'll also need to open "/includes/browsers.js", and set the first line to the path of the "/includes" directory on your web server

so i upload the image and inculdes folders and still nothien happens!! I dont know what they are talking about this is my first time using DHTML and I am really on a deadline plz someone help me out!!
