    Did anyone see the Active Users bar lately?

    Currently Active Users: 303 Users
    6 Members and 297 Guests

    Okay, is registering a username on forums ILLEGAL now or something?

    Those are almost entirely the Yahoo! Slurp Spider, which seems to just love this site. 290 users from it at one time isn't that unusual.

    I guess most people can find what their looking for by simply reading the forum. I on the other hand signed up because I'm an idiot who needs all the help he can get.

    "Slurp Spider"! Yuck... Sounds like strange sucking spiders who feed on dead bodies.

    Most of the "guests" are, as already mentioned, search engine bots. Yahoo loves to send multiple bots to the same site to speed up the crawling process, and each bot shows up as a "guest". Sometimes they get so aggressive the only way is to ban them for a while.
