Depends on what exactly you want.
gotoandlearn.com has some nice video tuts.
flashkit.com has an extensive library of user submitted tuts.
cartoonsmart.com has some really great learning tutorials as well..
Then there are whole sites devoted to certain aspects and more specialized tutorials (tile based games, animations, etc.)

BLiZZaRD: What I want is to create an interface that can record audio and video and send it back to the server(where it is saved). So basically I need a website with a tutorial that teaches me the usage(control over) the microphone and the camera as well as how to send the data to the server.
