Hi, so I've been doing CSS for a about a month now. Prior to this I was mainly involved in application architecture in ColdFusion, so I know 'web' pretty well.
What I'm stuck at right now is really getting a strong grasp of deep CSS understanding. I read here and there about 'inline', 'block', 'relative' and other such terms that all effect how the objects appear on the page. But they don't mean anything to me, much less do I understand what the realtionships of all of them are.
I'm wondering... does anyone know of a good 'to the point' book, site or document that will help me understand these items. As often as I see the above concepts I'm lead to believe that really getting anywhere in CSS (mainly positioning) requires a good understanding of these concepts and what the relationships are.
Thanks for your time,
BN
