Set as homepage?

Is this possible in Flash? I have seen some code for it, and it uses some javascript, so does this mean that it could work in flash?

Welcome to the beast of the homepage. Can you do it? Yes. Will it work... as long as your visitor isn't using Win XP SP2 (good luck on that one).

I will continue to look into the matter though, as this is old posting and there may be a current work around.
