DD Color Tabs II - Need Help

I set this script up perfectly. The customization works great BUT my problem is that I have an image as a background and I can't seem to get the menu to sit over the image. It either goes on top of the image or at the bottom.

Is it possible to float it over the image?

Okay, I've answered my own question

Here are the changes that I made to the HTML portion of the script. And so far it works beautifully!
