    I'v done some searches through it but may concern is what will be some facts I want to consider for a good Hosting.

    Well, it all depends on your needs. Are you going to be uploading large (or somewhat large) files for the public to see. If so, look at the amount of disk space; as well as the amount of bandwidth, you get with the plan you choose. Do you need mysql databases, and if so, how many? All of these are good things to start with; however, it all depends on your needs.

    Maybe in the future but my only aim for it is just to publish out my programs for such declaration of my accomplish on this field.

    Then a either a free host, or something cheap, would suit your needs then. If you want a paid hosting package, I think ehostpros.com or IIPanel.net might be good for you.

    I used to be with them.
    I had (don't recall name now) website monitoring system and they were reporting to me 100% uptime. Those guys just transffered their servers and running much faster now.
    I am on a paid service now.
