    Default 'undefined' error from chromemenu dropdown

    Chrome CSS Drop Down Menu (v2.01)

    http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...rome/index.htm

    I am using the dropdown menu code for one my websites. The menu works fine on all browsers. But on versions of I.E earlier than 5.5, I am getting javascript error.

    The error is " 'undefined' is undefined" on line 4 of the .js file. That is the first line of code in the .js file - var cssdropdown={
    Due to this error the drop down is not loading at all.

    Is the code supposed to work on 5.0 versions of I.E. If so could some one help me resolve this issue.

    Thank you

    Not on a Mac, if that is what you mean. I doubt that it was tested in IE versions less than 5.5 on a PC but, if it was, there are quite a few different browsers that can be called IE between v 5 and v 5.5 for the PC and I am sure it was only tested in one of those, if any. Do you have a large client base using any of these legacy browsers?
