Can anybody figure this puzzle out for me?

It seems everybody is able to generate ads with CBads Genie, except me.

I have uploaded all the files with ASCII, CHMODed config.inc.php to "666" or "777"

The rest of the application seems to work fine. It just doesn't generate the ads.

Any ideas?
