Top Navigational Bar II script and Mozilla

Hi,

this script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/topnavbar.htm) doesn't work on Mozilla Firefox and IE7.
is there a quick/easy way to change de script to resolve this problem, or is it too much difficult and do I have to think to change of script ?
