    Post Javascript Translator help

Hello all, i am a new member to this world of coding.

Iam currently trying to create a javascript, browser based translator that converts some form results into something that is easier to understand.

Currently, the results that i recieve have "&" at the end of lines and "+" instead of spaces as well as various other symbols to represent punctuation.

Can anyone help me get started or perhaps even recommend an existing code..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

decodeURI() is what you want, or perhaps decodeURIComponent().
