CSS Popup Image Viewer Problem in Firefox

I've implemented the CSS Popup Image Viewer in my site, but I decided I didn't want the pop up too big if the image was a large image (user uploaded)

Anyway, I've managed to do this by putting max-height and max-width for the image properties in the CSS, but obviously I wanted a way to get the full picture from the popup so I put a link underneath the picture where "Simply Beautiful" was in one of the examples. For some reason in Firefox the link appears under the thumbnail rather than in the popup like it does in IE.

Can anyone shed any light on the situation?
