Splash Screen help

3) Describe problem: Whenever I view the splash screen in my browser, it's always at the top of the page and the image nor the first message can be seen all the way. I have not published my website on the internet yet because I am in the first stages of building it. I am just wondering what I could have done wrong for it to not be shown the way it is on the demo.

I GOT IT!!!!!! I guess getting the 8 hours reccommended sleep helps. Thank you for your interest, though! In the website design software I use- all I had to do was go to the design mode and move some things down. Go figure!
