Pop up fixed on screen

Hi all,
how can i make a pop up fixed on a screen. It shouldnt be moved anywhere else at all other than closing it..

This is no different than your other thread. Not really an option, as far as I know, for security reasons. It MIGHT be possible in some browsers, certainly more than the "no close" option in the other request.

Again, I suggest a div popup.

Please just post once. These questions are similar and should go in the same place.
