Scrollable Content II Script

Hello,
I'm having a problem with the Scrollable Content II script found on this site:

For some reason, the script is working in Netscape, Mozilla, and Safari, but is not working in IE. I've been working on fixing the script for some time now but can't seem to get it to work. You can view my source code at the following website:

The problem is due to that page containing more than one script, resulting in a script conflict. Unfortunately due to time constraints, most people will tell you just to remove the other scripts until the most important one works.
