HV Menu not always appearing

3) Describe problem:
1) I have HV Menu installed on a frame set and 95% of the time it works great. Occasionally it does not appear and gives the viewer no indication there is a problem, so the site appears to have no navigation.

2) I have used it on two websites, sometimes when I switch back and forth between sites I get an error "Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet Site http://www.ohdatl.com. Operation Aborted"

These are the two sites:

I have found that the menu consistantly does not appear when I link to it from another website I maintain.

The links are under the Overhead Door logo, Atlanta, Kansas City or St. Louis
The menu will show when the page is refreshed so I have put a link behind the menu to refresh the page as a temporary mesure until I can fix the problem
