Default root level link on Drop Down Tab Menu

I'm using the drop down tab menu, is there any way to make the root level of the menu have a functional hyperlink when there are drop downs on that link?

If you roll over the 'contact' link the drop down menu item for the policy page is visible and functional as a hyperlink, however, if you click 'contact' nothing happens. I'd like the contact button to hyperlink to contact.html

    Default

This is a configurable option actually. Inside the .js file, near the top:

    Code:
disablemenuclick: false, //when user clicks on a menu item with a drop down menu, disable menu item's link?
A value of false will do the trick.
