Open a document with onmouseover

I am trying to combine an onmouseover event, I would like to have the menu button change and load a page into the body of a frameset.

Example:
Photography button changes color when mouse is overbutton and loads an overview page of information into the body frameset. When the button is clicked, it opens up another menu bar in the left frameset, these menus allow you to check out different galleries. ie: Maternity, Weddings, etc.

I have everything working except the loading of the page into the frameset 'body'

Since you seem to already be 'getting under the hood' with this one, have a look at this demo, particularly the two Text Content links:

They are doing what you say, loading onmouseover a page into an iframe. Feel free to grab the source code. If you use it with little modification, please include a credit in your page's source code.
