May I first say I am a novice at all of this.
I would like to know if it is possible for me to insert html code into a mouse cursor to give it a trail for my desktop?If so how would I go about doing this?
I have a trail which is a clock that circles a mouse pointer and would like to try and get it to work on my desktop but I really have no idea about this.

In your desktop you say? Javascript is simply a scripting language and it only works inside a browsers(except the fact that it can be executed outside the browser with the help of some advanced programming languages).
