Text Justify

Hi all,

I made a design using CSS, and I have a problem with IE7! the text is justified in Firefox but can't be in IE!

What's the solution to that?

And while we are at it, please tell me why my quick links go like this while i tried my best to center it in the top div! and the search doesn't want to be on the same line as the go button!!
