Chrome CSS Drop Menu

3) Describe problem: after I downloaded the Chrome CSS Drop Down Menu, I copy/pasted what it said in the download to my website in notepad. But when I look at it in Internet Explorer does't show the Navigation Bar. It goes in form. It had a Big Dot then said Home. Then the same with the others: Resources, News and Search. ( I was just testing it at the moment I didn't put my own links yet. ) And then below that it showed the stuff that was in Drop. Like this: Google, Yahoo As links. How do I get the Chrome Bar?

dang...problem is I am 700 Miles away from the place I have to upload the website. And I just found out about Dynamic Drive so I never got to upload the Navigatio Bar on the site yet. I will upload it to Freewebs so I can show you.
