Help With RSS display box

Hi
Everything runs fine on the demo except the RSS feeds do not show up on the website. The problem is that I can not change the simplepie/chache folder to CHMOD 777. I am running Windows XP and the latest Apache Server. I have tried to change the read only box on the windows permissions but the box always changes back to read only.
Does anybody know how I can grant this folder read/write access.

I'm not familar with the settings for Windows servers unfortunately. You may want to try asking on Simplepie this question.
