i'm using this example here for my navigation that i will adjust with my bullet-design & css style: http://www.cssplay.co.uk/menus/menutwelve.html

but i want to put a thumbnail for each menu point. and when you go over the particular thumbnail it would also cause the css hover effect that would trigger the bullet swap and the css text/ link highlight.

how should i do that?
i'd be so glad if someone could give me suggestions/ example.
