Lottery Picker Script-Justification

I wanted to use Kurt Grigg's lottery Picker Script on my home page. But I don't know how to re-position it to a specific spot on the page. It pops up top-left and that isn't were I wanted it.....Can someone here help? Is there a way to frame it or something so it can be moved around that same page????

Well, to start, post a link to this "lottery picker" then, post the HTML/CSS/Javascript/PHP (whatever you are using...) and then post a link to your page where you are trying to use it. Then, maybe we can get to the bottom of all this!
