So I've got a page. This page uses a hidden IFRAME that has a 2-second refresh on it to poll for new information from the server. It works great, especially in IE.

The only glitch is that in Netscape/Mozilla/Firefox, every time the IFRAME refreshes, the cursor flickers to become the progress cursor (arrow with hourglass) and the status bar flickers with the loading message. It's extremely distracting. (This doesn't happen in IE.)

Any suggestions?
