email riddler, what to do when java script is disabled?

3) Describe problem:
When java script is disabled, the email address won't be displayed of course. To avoid this problem, I added:

<noscript>you@yourdomain.com</noscript>

at the end of the script, so there will always be an email address displayed.

Does it still make sense to use the email riddler?
Or does the added line make the encryption useless?
If so, is there another way to make sure there's always an email address shown which makes more sense?

An informal study on Usenet shows that using HTML entity references is surprisingly effective.

There is no guaranteed way to protect an e-mail address, other than to use a mail form. Even that won't necessarily stop spam, but it will avoid presenting the e-mail address directly.

If a harvesting program embedded a browser engine (and there are plenty to choose from) then it can easily use that to interpret both HTML and client-side scripts, and scan the resulting document.
