Hi,

I have a selcect drop downmenu, of which some optionms are very longer. So its very difficult to manage the width of the page. So i need ur help so that the width of the menu will be 100 px but while selecting the options will be longer in size.
I tried width:100px but it only works in netscape. but i need it in IE also.

Please suggest me.
