Cygwin not sending SMS

Hi,

I have a slight problem related to cygwin.
i am using mobile(nokia 6610) as a GSM Modem to send and receive messages through cygwin.
I am able to send and receive messages through one sim card.
But when i change the sim card, i am only able to receive messages not send any.
i check the access.log file it says sent sms but sms not getting delivered.
I am attaching my config files
Any help wud be largely appreciated

No, you're not using Cygwin, you're using Kannel. Cygwin is just the layer you're using to run Kannel.
You should ask at a dedicated Kannel board. I sincerely doubt if anybody here has knowledge of Kannel. If someone does, you're very lucky.

I put my dog in a Kannel once... no wait, that's something else isn't it?
