    im new at this and i just wanted to know how or where to make a background pic stay put while scrolling?

    Default theres some code

    its a internet explorer only code that allows you to define whether a body backround image stays put or moves with th scroll

    ex: <body background="example.jpg" bgproperties="fixed"
