problem with Folding menu

Thank you for posting the folding menu script. It is a very cool feature to use. I have just have a few problems modifying it to cater to what I want.

(1) When I use <ul><li> bulleting, the 1st line gets shifted too far to the right & I find it hard to change it. As u can see in the attached image.

(2) I get a mouse-over effect for anything not placed in <ul><li> bulleting, just like the text "Features and Benefits" and for any empty space in the table I have created. How do I remove the mouse-over effect?

(3) The whole line is made clickable to open up the menu. Is there any way to only make the '+' and the header clickable?

I've also attached my codes in for u guys to take a look and have a better idea. Please do click on menu2.html & click on Folder2 to see what I'm trying to explain here.
